Are walk-in appointments available?

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

What to expect for email consultations?

During salon hours, it is difficult for us to answer the phone due to high customer volume so we recommend scheduling your appointment online. If you are having trouble accessing the internet or would prefer to schedule the appointment by phone, please leave a message on our answering machine. During business hours, we will try to call you back.

If you are calling regarding a cancellation or to reschedule your appointment, we highly urge you to leave a message on our machine or email us (contact@salondefi.com) and someone can assist you.

We receive many calls regarding openings in our schedule for appointments. However, the schedule that is shown online is synced with the schedule that we have at the salon so it is identical. If you visit our website, you can view the current schedule to book your appointment.  

The classification of our stylists are based on years of experience. Depending on the level of the stylist you choose, there may be differences in appointment length or outcome. 

施術中は電話に出れないので予約はネットでお願いします。ネットなどが使えない環境や電話予約をご希望の際は留守番にメッセージを残しておいて下さい。営業終了後に折り返しお電話します。

予約のキャンセルや変更際は必ずメッセージを残して下さい。

スタイリストにより出来る技術や所要時間に差があります。

A staff member will send you instructions on what is needed but typically, we will ask for:

1) a photo of your current hair

2) a reference photo of the type of color or perm that you are looking to do

as well as a couple questions regarding your hair history like if you have bleached your hair, dyed your hair black, straightened or permed in the past.

Once we have reviewed this information, we can either continue to do the consultation via email or if you would like, we can schedule an in-person consultation (please note however that availability is limited at this time. All in-person consultations can only be scheduled at 9:30AM on weekday mornings).
